Angels Caring Eyes gets underprivileged youth off the street and into an environment where they are challenged, both physically and mentally.

Youth release contained frustrations within a professional monitored environment, learning how to turn everyday hardships into positive life changes. Furthermore, to help distracted, confused youth that may come from non-traditional family environments, by encouraging them to focus their future on a positive and productive lifestyle through three fundamental human needs that are crucial to survive, and to achieve healthy development:

1. Help the youth feel like a valued member of a group that provides mutual support and caring relationships.

How?

By mentoring and rewarding deserving youth with membership and the opportunity to be part of a boxing team that trains, travels and competes together.

2. Help the youth become a socially competent individual who has the skills to cope successfully with life.

How?

Most distracted youth that fit this profile (inner and bottled up emotions) are introverted and may become self destructive. By teaching the children to network and respect others that may come from different race, religion, ethnicity or socioeconomic backgrounds through the common objective of boxing, they may become extroverted and start thinking of others. Once this hurdle is crossed and coupled with self confidence, discipline, and commitment that is programmed through the art and sport of boxing, and required to be successful in boxing; only then will the youth begin to understand the requirements that are needed to be successful in life. The most important of all is to teach them life skills with good moral values such as obedience through the example of our relationship.

3. Help the youth believe in a promising future with real opportunities.

How?

By mentoring them and speaking into their lives and helping them discover their own God given gifts, so that they may fulfill Gods’ destiny for their lives. Also, through their hard work and commitment they will reap the rewards of competition boxing and experience the opportunities that are available to them such as, scholarships, invitations as an elite boxer to represent their country, or even professional contracts that have merit. But, most of all, the blessed opportunities that will open for a positive and productive human being that cares for others. Furthermore, lead them to an educational institution and raise funds to help with their school and book fees.
